To replace a damaged card, sign into the Ellevest app, select User from the menu options and click Card Management. To replace a damaged card, you can select Replace Card.
From the web, you can click on the user icon in the top right-hand corner and then select Card Management from the dropdown menu. Here you can select Replace Card.
Since your card was damaged, it’s still active, so transactions will still go through. We’ll send you a replacement card within 7 to 10 business days.
If your address is incorrect, update your address before ordering a new card. You can update your mailing address by navigating to the user dropdown on the web, and clicking on Settings > Personal Info. Note: We currently do not have capabilities on our mobile app for updating your mailing address.
