Your card¹ should arrive within 7 to 10 business days. If it’s taking longer, we’d recommend first confirming the address we have on file for you is correct. If your address in your Ellevest account doesn’t match your current address, please update your address and contact then contact the Ellevest Concierge Team at support@Ellevest.com to request a replacement card.
You can update your mailing address by navigating to the user dropdown on the web, and clicking on Settings > Personal Info . Note: We currently do not have capabilities on our mobile app for updating your mailing address.
